OUR SHARED FUTURES: CLIMATE & MIGRATION COMMUNITY FILM FESTIVAL 2025 is a free UK-wide festival launching during COP30 (the UN Climate Change Conference) and marking Climate Justice & Migrant Justice Day on November 22nd. The film festival aims to highlight the urgent connections between climate change and migration, bringing communities together to watch, discuss, and take action.
Join the local screening on November 25th 7-9 pm at the Exeter Phoenix, hosted by the University of Exeter’s Global Systems Institute and the Routes Network. We’ll gather to screen three short films, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with researchers and community organisations, to reflect on themes of the climate crisis, displacement, colonialism, resilience, hope, and how we can translate insights from the films to energise action in our community.
