Law Cornwall Mooting Session 1

Please come along to this session and listen to the inaugural moot for both the new Law School and Flamank Law Society.

The moot will see a respondant and appellant team compete against each other. The teams are made up of five students: two barristors and three solicitors. They will be appealing to the Supreme Court in regards to the case Regina V Caroline Godwin. Please read the case attached to gain some background information.
