LGBTQ+ Inclusion in the Workplace

Overview

This customisable course is designed to meet the specific needs of your organisation. It empowers participants with the knowledge and practical tools to foster an inclusive and respectful workplace for LGBTQ+ individuals.

Through interactive learning and real-world scenarios, participants will:

  • Explore their own self-identity and its influence on interactions
  • Gain a deeper understanding of sex, gender, and sexuality from diverse perspectives
  • Build awareness of the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ communities
