Applied Data Analysis Workshops


The Q-Step workshops in Applied Data Analysis seek to provide additional support to students interested in Quantitative Methods for the Social Sciences. They aspire to raise interest in Applied Data Analysis amongst undergraduates and postgraduates, and embed quantitative literacy in the culture of the University.

The workshops are open to all, with priority given to Q-Step undergraduate students: Space is limited to 20-30 places per workshop.

Speaker series will be running during Term 1 of the 2023/2024 academic year and will be announced before the start of Term 1.

Introduction to R-Studio

In this in-person introductory course, you will acquire the foundations to understand, execute and communicate data analysis in a widely recognised software platform that was built for statistics.
