Masters in Food Studies

Our Masters programmes in Food Studies are convened by Prof. Harry G. West, and reflect the diverse interests of our team as well as colleagues elsewhere in the University. The degree will prepare you to understand, critically assess, and practically engage with foodways and food systems. Students may select from a broad range of options to tailor the course to their particular interests. They may also choose pathways in Food, Society and Culture and in Food Systems and Sustainability. For more information on this, go to the programme page and explore under the “Modules” and “Pathways” tabs.
