Educator Developer
Educator Development

In my role as Educator Developer, I support the delivery of the Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (LTHE) programme and contribute to the university’s Transformative Education Framework. My work focuses on supporting academic staff development through inclusive, evidence-informed practice, with particular interests in assessment literacy, digital learning, accessibility, student engagement, and racial and social justice. I collaborate with colleagues across faculties and professional services to support curriculum enhancement projects, develop accessible learning resources, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen teaching, learning, and student success across the institution.

Prior to joining the Educator Development team, I worked as Student Experience Coordinator for the University of Exeter Law School, where I led and contributed to a range of student experience and educational enhancement initiatives. My role involved collecting and analysing student feedback, coordinating projects informed by Student Voice and National Student Survey data, and working closely with academic colleagues to improve communication, assessment literacy, transition support, and student engagement.
