Induction (Centre 4 Learning)
| Description | Theme: Leadership & Management Category: People Management About this course: This course is an introduction to the People Management Pathways programme. The programme is delivered over three months and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership, with sessions scheduled once a month. It is mandatory to attend the first two sessions. The Programme will be delivered by Centre 4 Learning and will involve pre- and post-module work. Please attend this session to learn more about the programme and what it involves.
Who should attend this course: This course is aimed at managers who are following either Pathway 1 (Essentials) or Pathway 2 (Practitioner) within our People Management development programmes.
