About this course:
Meetings are an integral part of working life.
While good meetings can help us make decisions, solve problems and generate ideas together, poor meetings can be a serious drain on our time, energy and resources.
This session will run through the meeting process providing some tips and hints for co-ordinating, managing or simply attending a meeting.
Topics covered will include planning and meeting objectives, keeping a meeting focussed, identifying your role, having your say and taming your meeting meddlers! We will consider the areas in terms of face to face and remote meetings.
