In this session, participants will explore the purpose and value of feedback, gaining practical insight into how it drives learning, engagement, and growth. Through the introduction of proven feedback models, attendees will develop the confidence and skills to give and receive feedback constructively, creating more open, supportive, and high-performing teams.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course you will be able to:. - Explain the role of feedback in performance and development. - Use recognised feedback models to provide constructive feedback. - Receive and respond to feedback in a way that supports learning and growth.
Audience: Managers of people who want to strengthen their effectiveness and be more confident in day to day management practices.
