Autumn Term 2025

All bespoke event bookings for the Autumn term are are now closed. 
Careers Fair bookings remain open at the Penryn Campus in Cornwall.

Spring Term 2026

  • Bespoke event bookings for our Streatham Campus in Exeter, Devon and Penryn Campus in Cornwall are now being taken.
  • Penryn Campus careers fairs will be opening soon.

Booking an event on campus

Student presence on campus

Programmes of study at the University are taught through a combination of in person and online delivery, so students won't always be on campus for classes. Our teams can help you arrange your event for a time when the relevant groups of students are more likely to be available.

Risk assessments

Any event taking place on campus will require a robust risk assessment, and protocols to be followed, in order to go ahead. Our team will guide you through these when you discuss your booking with them.

Non-standard terms

The term dates given here provide a general guide to the standard University terms.

However, some programmes have alternative term dates. This applies to:

Examination dates

Examinations typically take place in early January and throughout the month of May. Confirmed examination dates will be posted here once finalised, which is expected to be in late November for January dates and mid-March for the May exam dates.

Excluded periods

We do not run any events during:
  • Bank holidays.
  • the week prior to the start of the autumn term (known as Welcome Week or Freshers' Week).
  • the first or last week of the autumn term.
  • the first three weeks or the last week of the spring term.
  • the final two weeks of the summer term.
  • examination weeks.

Please note that bookings are extremely limited during the summer term, due to exams.
