Wellbeing Services in Cornwall

Nurturing your wellbeing

Our Multifaith Chaplaincy is a warm, friendly community that is here for everyone, whether you have a faith or not. Our Chaplaincy on Penryn Campus is a homely space where you can call in for a chat and a hot drink or just be; it’s a good space to relax, study or recharge away from the stresses of university life.

Our volunteer chaplains are here to listen if you need to talk to someone. We are not trained counsellors, so the pastoral care we offer is not professional therapy, but we are interested in the people who visit us and can listen attentively to whatever it is you want to share.

You may like to talk with a Chaplain if you:

  • Feel anxious or worried and would appreciate a confidential conversation and a safe place to talk
  • Experience a bereavement
  • Feel stressed, isolated or homesick
  • Would like to explore a particular faith, worldview or spiritual path
  • Are an international student and feel unsure about life in this country

We can also signpost you to other services on campus that might be of benefit to you.

You can learn about our Chaplains here or find other wellbeing resources and information on our Cornwall Wellbeing pages
