Contract length and price

Contract lengths vary across our accommodation.

We offer 32-week contracts for all our catered residences.
Contracts for self-catered accommodation range from 40 to 48 weeks for undergraduates and 40 to 51 weeks for postgraduates.
These contract lengths are specific to the residence and you will be responsible for the full period of the contract for the residence that you live in.
