University of Exeter Postgraduate Taught Scholarships 2025/26 for India **January 2026 entry**

The University of Exeter is offering scholarships worth £5,000 to international students from India enrolling on an eligible Postgraduate Taught (Masters) programme in January 2026.

These scholarships help make sure aspiring students from this country can pursue their chosen taught Masters degree and take their place in our thriving university community. Here, students will develop their academic skills for the future and contribute to a diverse student experience. 

Entry requirements

These awards are available to applicants who:

• are a citizen/passport holder of India and therefore classed as an International student for fees purposes
• hold an offer to study one of the following eligible campus-based Masters programme at the University of Exeter, Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy, beginning in January 2026.

Business and Management

• MSc Business Analytics
• MSc Business and Management
• MSc International Business and Strategy
• MSc Marketing Management

Computer Science

• MSc Computer Science

Data Science

• MSc Data Science
• MSc Statistical Data Science

Engineering

• MSc Engineering Business Management
• MSc International Supply Chain Management

Finance

• MSc Finance and Management

And will be received by those who go on to:

• meet the conditions of that offer as set out in their offer letter, including paying a tuition fees deposit
• enrol on that programme in January 2026.

These awards are intended for self-funded students.

Only the programmes listed above are eligible. (Postgraduate Certificates, Postgraduate Diplomas, Degree Apprenticeships, fully online or distance learning programmes are not eligible.)

This scholarship will be allocated automatically to eligible applicants applying for January 2026 entry. A separate application is not required. 

These scholarships are awarded as a reduction in the tuition fees for the first year of study. They are not recurrent for subsequent years of study. This award can be combined with an Exeter Excellence Scholarship 2025/26 - Postgraduate Taught award to a maximum award value of £10,000.
