Exeter China SQA Scholarships 2026/27

We are delighted to offer ten £3,000 merit-based scholarships for applicants represented by Achieve applying for third year entry to an eligible Exeter Business School programme for the 2026/27 academic year. 

The following full-time, campus-based Undergraduate programmes are eligible:   

• BSc International Finance
• BSc International Business Management
• BSc International Business and Accounting  

No other programmes are eligible for these awards.

Entry requirements

 You can apply for this award if you: 

• are a citizen of China (mainland) and therefore classified as an International Student for fees purposes;
• are represented by Achieve; and
• already hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) to study one of the eligible full-time, campus-based Undergraduate programmes at the University of Exeter, entering year 3 in the 2026/27 academic year. 

 Scholarship recipients will be selected on:   

• Academic merit: SQA AB or above and for English language IELTS Overall 6.5, no section below 5.5, or other University accepted English qualifications.
• The ability to demonstrate the following as part of the application process: academic and career ambition; a clear plan for making the most of the study opportunity; and a sense of social responsibility and willingness to engage with the Exeter community.

To apply, eligible offer-holders must complete and submit the online application form here, including a personal statement of up to 300 words that responds to the following questions:    

• What are your ambitions for the future and how will your studies at Exeter help you to achieve them?  
• What will you contribute to the study experience/environment on campus at Exeter?
• As a scholar, how might you act as an ambassador for the University? 

The deadline for applications for these scholarships is 30 June 2026. Applicants for this scholarship will be notified of the outcome by 15 July 2026.
