The Digital Culture Pathway equips you to become an innovative and critical problem-solver who can work creatively and confidently with digital technologies. Through practice-based modules, we’ll prepare you to shape and lead digital developments in creativity and culture.

You’ll explore how technologies are transforming cultural, creative, commercial and educational practices, particularly in heritage, the creative industries and science communication contexts. Over the course of the pathway, you’ll develop your collaborative, evaluative and analytical skills; gain experience in effective writing; and learn how to apply a toolkit of digital skills to real-world challenges – helping you stand out to employers.

Module content:

Future Skills Pathways consist of 60 credits. You will study modules equivalent to 30 credits in year 2 of your degree and 30 credits in your final year. All modules are compulsory.
