Leadership and Management

The Leadership and Management Pathway builds the knowledge, behaviours and skills needed to lead people, projects and organisations effectively. You will explore leadership theory alongside real-world practice, developing competencies valued by employers in a competitive global job market.
With a strong focus on self-awareness, global leadership and practical application, the pathway’s modules are designed to prepare you to lead with confidence, purpose and adaptability in diverse and multinational contexts.
You will learn how leadership theories manifest within the real-world and how global leaders make responsible decisions while navigating strategic and operational challenges. To further prepare you for a future of leadership, the pathway also covers change management, including strategies, limitations, and the role of leaders in communicating and implementing organisational change.

Module content:
Future Skills Pathways consist of 60 credits. You will study modules equivalent to 30 credits in year 2 of your degree and 30 credits in your final year. All modules are compulsory.
