Module description

This module is the final stage of the Systems Thinking for Service Design MSc. It aims to prepare you for end-point assessment (EPA) for the Level 6 Service Designer Apprenticeship. All apprentices must attend EPA after completing the last module of the MSc. EPA is conducted by an independent end-point assessment organisation (EPAO). It consists of two discrete Assessment Methods: (1) Work-based Project Report with Presentation and Q and; and (2) a Professional Discussion underpinned by Portfolio. In completing this module in preparation for EPA, you will have to have all portfolio submissions be signed off by the Academic Mentor. The assessment mimics elements of EPA to allow you to practice for EPA. You will participate in mock Professional Discussions and presentations and Q and A based on your OneFile submissions. Further information on the EPA including details of the assessment can be found in the EPA plan for the Level 6 Service Designer Apprenticeship End-point assessment plan at https://skillsengland.education.gov.uk/apprenticeship-standards/st0894
