Module description
To enhance your understanding of the principles and practices of effective project planning, management and review. You will explore the principles of effective risk and mitigation planning and be able to identify, develop a business case, design, manage and identify methods to evaluate an organisational project. The project must focus on the development and deployment of improvement strategy in their business and of sufficient scope to demonstrate the knowledge and skills.
