Northfield key facts
This stylish, modern residence is owned and managed by our partner UNITE. It is halfway between Streatham campus and St David’s station and just a short walk to Exeter city centre.
There are 113 single en-suite rooms in flats of up to seven residents who share well-equipped kitchens and lounge areas, and 69 single occupancy studio rooms.
Northfield also has six double and two large double open-plan studios with fully-fitted kitchens and en-suite bathrooms.
All rooms have double beds.
