The Mindfulness Network CIC is running an eight-week Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction(MBSR) course in Exeter that is open to the general public.

The course will help participants gain awareness of their thoughts, moods, emotions and bodily sensations, particularly during times of stress, so that they can develop ways of responding that feel helpful.

It runs on Monday evenings, 6-8.30pm, 28 September - 23 November 2015.

The course also includes an “All-day” practice day on Saturday 7 November, where participants experience a more extended interval of mindfulness practice. The All-day is also open to anyone who has completed an MBSR course.
