The 4 Day Week - our experiences and the unintended consequences of doing the right thing!

Trevor will talk about his journey and experiences of introducing the 4 Day Week and the unintended consequences of doing so. Whether you think it can or cannot be done, he will explain why, at least, a discussion should be had around working models between all stakeholders, now the world seems to be in the perfect storm socially and business wise. 

With 32 years experience in the legal services profession, Trevor specialises in succession planning, sharing the expertise needed to protect clients, their families and their business interests, after founding the business as a 23 year old with no financial resources. He completed his MBA at the University of Exeter in 2015 and continues to guest lecture at the University and other educational and business institutions in the UK, Ireland, the US and Canada. Trevor is qualified to the worldwide gold standard for Trust and Estate Practitioners with full STEP qualifications and is seen as a legal innovator, evidenced by the 11 awards nationally and regionally since 2016. 

This event will be followed by drinks and networking to provide you with the opportunity to meet Trevor and his team.

The MBA Speaker Series runs monthly at the University of Exeter and brings to the fore, noteworthy and inspiring speakers looking at issues that address the major challenges confronting business and society.
