Masters Distinction Scholarship
About the award
The College of Engineering, Mathematics and Physical Sciences and College of Life and Environmental Sciences are delighted to offer a number of Masters Distinction Scholarships to top performing students who accept a place to study on any eligible taught Masters programme, enrolling in 2013.
The Colleges are offering scholarships of £5,000 for applicants to full-time programmes and £2,500 for applicants to part-time or Distance Learning programmes. Awards are payable as a reduction on tuition fees for the first year only.
Eligible programmes include Master of Science (MSc) and Master of Research (MRes) degrees offered by either College. Applicants to Postgraduate Diploma (PgDip), Postgraduate Certificate (PgCert) and Masters by Research (MSc by Research) programmes are not eligible.
Please note that these awards may not be held in conjunction with any others.

How to apply
To be eligible for a Masters Distinction Scholarship you must hold an offer of a place to study on one of the eligible taught Masters programmes, commencing in 2013.
Once you have received the offer of a place to study, please return to this page to access the scholarship application system and apply for the award.
All completed scholarship applications received from eligible students by 30 April 2013 will be considered.
