Arrangements

Planning your day

Prior to your visit, please familiarise yourself with your personalised itinerary, this can be found on your Eticket. To get the most from your day, we would encourage you to attend a mixture of the subject-specific activities and the other tours and presentations that are on offer.

Registration

Please bring your Eticket ticket (emailed to you upon booking and resent on the morning of your event) with you on the day as you will require this for registration.

If you are using the Exeter Westpoint Park and Ride service, you can register before boarding your transfer bus. We ask that all other visitors make their way to the Forum (Streatham Campus) or South Cloisters (St Luke's Campus) and register at the Registration/Information desks.

Parents and guests

Unless otherwise stated, bookings are for an Offer-Holder and one guest. Priority will always be given to students for subject-related activities but guests are welcome to participate where space permits. Also there are some parts of the day that are intended for students only and are clearly indicated on your itinerary. Whilst students undertake these activities, parents and guests may wish to visit the Information Fair in the Forum on the Streatham Campus, attend a campus or accommodation tour on either campus, or one of the non-subject presentations.

Visitors with disabilities/special needs

We encourage students who require special arrangements to contact us on +44 (0)1392 724043 so that we can plan for your visit. Visitors who are Blue Badge Holders are able to park on either campus in designated areas.

Please note, the Streatham Campus covers approximately 300 acres and is very hilly.

If you would like to discuss any particular requirements please visit the AccessAbility stand in the Information Fair in the Forum (Streatham Campus) to meet our staff who are committed to supporting students with disabilities on all campuses.
