Head of the President and Vice-Chancellor’s Office Assistant Director (Executive Support), University Corporate Services

Dr Victoria Alcock is the Head of the Vice-Chancellor's Office and provides executive support to the President and Vice-Chancellor through management of the business of the University Executive Board and the Senior Leaders Forum, speech-writing, drafting reports, policy research and management of correspondence and diary prioritisation.

She also manages the team of Business Managers and Executive PA support to the President and Vice-Chancellor, Senior Vice-President and Registrar & Secretary, Senior Vice-President and Provost, and Deputy Vice-Chancellors.

Profile

Victoria joined the University in September 2006. Prior to this, she held various executive support roles in the public sector, and was Research Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor of the University of London, Sir Graeme Davies, from 2003-2006. She has a BA in History from the University of Sheffield and an MPhil and PhD from the University of Cambridge.
