We have a group that meets once a term to gain insights into relevant areas such as global food trends, sustainability, cost of living and student engagement. Food and drink Insights Group December 2023
On 13th December we attended two Intercultural Cafe sessions and caught up with some of our International students. We gained some invaluable feedback which will help to influence our menu planning and development.
Food and drink Insights Group March 2024
On Friday 8th March our chefs organised a cooking demo in Holland Hall where they showed a group of students how to make a delicious plant based lunch before sitting down to enjoy it! We were also able to gather some great insights on food and drink on campus.
