We're hosting this event for employers to learn more about, and provide feedback on, the University of Exeter's proposed online programme:

Systems Thinking for Service Design
(Level 6 Service Designer Degree Apprenticeship)

This session is aimed at organisations looking to develop the skills and capabilities of professionals working in roles such as:

• Service Designers
• UX/CX Specialists
• Business Analysts
• Transformation and Innovation Leads
• Product Owners and Product Managers
• Policy, Operations and Digital Delivery professionals
• Anyone working to address complex, cross-cutting organisational challenges

At the University of Exeter, we apply a unique systems thinking lens to service design, equipping professionals to understand complexity, navigate uncertainty and design better services across whole systems.

During this session, we will:

• Share the proposed programme structure and content
• Show how systems thinking and service design can support organisational priorities
• Discuss programme delivery, funding and entry requirements
• Gather employer feedback to help shape the future development of the programme (subject to approval)
