Adding a page structure template with a blank header field
When you add a page structure v1 or v2 template (as appropriate) to your page, if you leave the header field empty because you don't want to add a visual h1 heading to your page, the code in these templates will use the section name as a 'hidden' h1 heading.
This heading is not displayed on the page, but will be communicated to web users with little or no sight. Assistive technologies can announce the text audibly, or present it via a braille display. Web users interacting with these technologies rely on clear headings for page navigation and comprehension, in the absence of visual cues.
For this reason, a page structure template must be added to all webpages, even if it's left blank. For more information, please see How to add an h1 heading template to your page.
