Firstly check your notification preferences to see they have not been blocked. Handshake have a guide to managing your preferences

If your preferences look to be set ok then it might be that you unsubscribed from Handshake emails. You can check this with Handshake and they can change that for you. This guide has further information.

Currently our 1:1 appointments can be booked face-to-face or virtually, with our virtual appointments taking place within Handshake itself.  For more information on how to attend a virtual appointment via Handshake, please click here.

My Career Zone Digital - Access for Graduates

If you still have access to your @exeter email and have not changed the account to a graduate one you should still be able to access via the Student option at My Career Zone Digital with your University of Exeter Single Sign on details. Once signed in go to ‘My Profile’ at top right of the screen and select the Graduate Access option and type in your personal email. This will change your account from Student to an Alumni one. However, if you will be returning to undertake further study at Exeter it is recommended that you do not switch to Graduate Access. 

If you have switched your My Career Zone Digital account to Graduate Access, you should be able to access via the Alumni option and then select Login with Email. Type in the personal email (e.g,. Gmail) that you used to switch to Graduate Access.
