Firstly check your notification preferences to see they have not been blocked. Handshake have a guide to managing your preferences

If your preferences look to be set ok then it might be that you unsubscribed from Handshake emails. You can check this with Handshake and they can change that for you. This guide has further information.

Currently our 1:1 appointments can be booked face-to-face or virtually, with our virtual appointments taking place within Handshake itself.  For more information on how to attend a virtual appointment via Handshake, please click here.

My Career Zone Digital - Access for Graduates

If you have not logged into My Career Zone Digital since completing your studies but still have your Single Sign On then you should be able to sign in using the Student option with your University of Exeter Single Sign on. Once signed in go to ‘My Profile’ at top right of the screen and select the Graduate Access option and type in your personal email. This will change your account from Student to an Alumni one.

If you have logged into My Career Zone Digital since completing your studies as a graduate. You should be able to access via the Alumni option then Login with Email. Type in your personal email (e.g,. Gmail) that is registered for your My Career Zone account. You should then get the option to set a password.
