Loneliness and Belonging

Feeling lonely can be caused by many different things, like moving home, starting a new job, or a relationship break up. You're not alone in feeling this way, according to NHS Every Mind Matters, young people aged 16-34 are one of the most at-risk groups for experiencing loneliness.

Anxiety

Anxiety is what we feel when we are worried, tense or afraid – particularly about things that are about to happen or we think may happen in the future. There are some self-care steps you can take to try to manage your anxiety.

Social Media and Mental Health

Social media is part of everyday life for most students. It’s a brilliant way to stay connected, share experiences, and express yourself. But it can also affect your wellbeing – sometimes without you realising it.

Sleep

Sleep contributes to our overall wellbeing and makes us feel better. It can improve your mood, boost your immune system and help with focus and concentration.
