Wellbeing Approaches for Covid-19

Covid-19 Approaches: Jan 2022

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to place demands on everyone as we learn to adapt to new ways of going about our everyday lives. As a student at the University of Exeter, the Wellbeing team are aware that you may be facing many challenges. These might include:

  • Worrying about how to cope with COVID-19 and all the changes it has brought, such as changes to your study routine
  • Struggling to maintain structure in your life while self-isolating, which is impacting on your ability to find the motivation to study
  • Finding the strength to overcome the demands of University life or daily hassle
  • Overcoming fear when engaging with activities as COVID-19 restrictions change and are lifted.
