Access to our FEELE Lab, a well-established laboratory for research in experimental economics

Explore the world of Economics at our triple accredited Business School, taught by internationally respected academics who are at the forefront of their research. You’ll study not only traditional economic models, but the latest application of economy theory including behavioural and experimental economics, giving you course content that is world-relevant.

Our programmes are intentionally flexible, giving you the opportunity to specialise if you wish. They are designed to equip you with a deeper understanding of a technical and rigorous subject, as well as a valuable set of personal skills to help you stand out from the crowd.

As a result, our Masters students are highly valued by employers across the globe. Many of our graduates have gone on to work as professional economists in the public sector, including the UK Government’s Economics Service, the Central Bank of Turkey and the Central Bank of South Korea.

Our teaching also draws upon the internationally rated research undertaken within the department, and the experience of our academics in developing economic policy at organisations such as the Bank of England, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Trade Organisation (WTO) and the United Nations.

The biggest highlight so far of studying at Exeter is the appreciation you get when you meet lecturers from last term that still know who you are. The support you get is fantastic and the lecturers are genuinely interested in what I am doing and how things are going.
