We have a friendly and experienced team happy to assist with any enquiries you may have.

If you are a registered student or applicant please ensure that you quote your University of Exeter student number (ID number). This number will be nine digits long and will start with a five or six.

Current students with an enquiry should log it with the Student Information Desk via their MyExeter portal.

Some elements of the residential experience are dealt with by other offices. For example:

Reporting repairs or maintenance issues

Each residence has a nominated residence management team that will deal with these issues. Some residences have a reception assigned to them and this is a good place to start. To contact the relevant team please visit our contact residences page.

Pastoral care and welfare

There is a Residence Life Team who live in accommodation.

Complaints procedure

We hope that during your stay in our accommodation you will be happy with the service you receive from our staff.  However, should you feel the service has not met your expectations and you wish to make a complaint, you should in the first instance contact the Residence Manager via the relevant reception.

We value your opinions as they will help us plan for the future and continually develop our services.
