We offer a range of student accommodation, with differing standards, budgets and styles to suit everyone.
We are committed to offering value for money accommodation and supporting student hardship issues and, after working closely with the Students' Guild, are pleased to announce that over 3800 bedrooms will have their rents frozen or decreased for the 2013/14 academic year.
What do I get for my money?
Our rents include utility bills, internet access and a basic level of contents insurance. Depending on whether you live in catered or self catered accommodation, your room and/or communal areas are also cleaned regularly.
In catered halls, rent includes 16 meals each week: breakfast and dinner every day, with an additional brunch at weekends. Weekday lunches can be bought from a number of catering outlets and shops on campus.
All residents are supported by our Residence Life Team and the University's 24 hour security team and, as we have signed up to The Student Accommodation Code of Practice, you can rest assured that we are committed to offering you safe, good value accommodation.
