Overview:
Starting my lectureship in June 2013, I quickly advanced becoming a Professor in Dementia Genomics by July 2019. I currently hold £3.5million in grant funding as PI and was awarded the 2019 Cavanagh prize from the British Neuropathological Society, the 2017 Alzheimer’s Research UK Young Investigator of the Year award and a 2015 Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Research Leaders award. I am currently chair of the Alzheimer’s Research UK scientific advisory board.
