About this course:

The Springboard Women's Development Programme enables women to identify the clear, practical and realistic steps that they want to take to make a better world for themselves at work and home, whilst building the practical skills and confidence to take these steps.

Learning outcomes:

As a result of attending this course, you will be able to:.

- Identify and achieve personal learning and work objectives.

- Be more confident, more assertive and have improved communication skills.

- Embrace responsibility for your own development and dealing with change.

- Decrease stress and improve the work/home balance.
