Accommodation for INTO students
During your studies at INTO you may choose to live in either on-campus accommodation managed by INTO, or with a British host family in the city of Exeter.
After you complete your studies with INTO, if you progress onto an undergraduate or postgraduate course at the University of Exeter, you may apply to our student accommodation or choose to live in private accommodation in the city.
Foundation students
If you are a Foundation student, and you will enter the first year of an undergraduate degree with us after your INTO studies, you can apply for accommodation as a new undergraduate and may fall into our accommodation guarantee. Applications open in April of your year of entry.
Diploma students
If you are a Diploma student entering the second year of an undergraduate degree with us after your INTO studies, we are unable to provide University of Exeter accommodation. Please refer to our private accommodation webpages for information on where to search for private accommodation in the city.
Graduate Diploma students
If, after your INTO studies finish, you will join a postgraduate course with us, you can apply for accommodation as a new postgraduate student and may fall into our accommodation guarantee. Applications open in April of your year of entry and will be processed from May onwards.

Pre-sessional students
If you are studying a short language course before your undergraduate or postgraduate studies begin, and will live in University accommodation during your degree, you may be able to apply to move in to your room early after your INTO accommodation contract ends.
