I am an Educator Developer and LTHE (Learning and Teaching in Higher Education) lead tutor at the University of Exeter. Originally from a Business and Economics background I moved into Education over 15 years ago working as a secondary school teacher and tutor. I taught Business, Economics, Law, and Special Educational Needs programmes. I have recently made the transition into Higher Education after completing my Professional Doctorate in Education. My research focus was the future of skills and skills development in Secondary Education. Whilst, I have been at the University of Exeter, I have been primarily concerned with the delivery of the LTHE programme and the revamping of the Educational Toolkit.
