Q. What is the purpose of these rooms?
A. To help facilitate group working and studying, related to your academic studies.

Q. Why I can’t book more than a few weeks ahead?
A. Rooms have been made available on a rolling 28 day basis, which allows fair access for all students.

Q. Why was my booking declined?
A. There is an allowance of 1 hour per week, per student. This can be split into two 30 minute sessions if you wish.

Q. How do we get help with in-room equipment?
A. Read the information available in the room and for in-room emergency help ring 01392 72(2230)

Q. How do we log feedback about the rooms?
A. Log feedback about group work rooms in SID sid.exeter.ac.uk and select category of “Feedback”
