Coaching Skills for Leaders

Course overview: Leaders typically look to improve the lives of others. Enabling others to maximise their potential, to perform well and to become more confident and self-accepting is in the realm of coaching. This practical module will assist you in exploring the values and skills that underpin effective coaching in a work setting, supporting you in becoming a more skilled helper of others.
Learning outcomes: - The identification of immediate opportunities for coaching in your team. - An assessment of your preferred coaching style and its implications. - Improved listening skills. - Higher levels of accountability and performance in your team through skilled coaching questioning.
Audience: For leaders and managers to build coaching techniques into their everyday leadership and communication practice.
