Giving and Receiving Feedback with Confidence

Course overview: Feedback is one of the most valuable tools for personal and professional growth, yet it?s often misunderstood or avoided. This interactive, 2.5-hour session helps participants reflect on their own approach to feedback, challenge common myths, and develop the confidence and skills to give and receive feedback that makes a difference. They will leave with practical models, techniques, and the mindset to make feedback a natural and positive part of everyday work.
Learning outcomes: As a result of attending this course you will be able to:. - Reflect on your own personal development areas in relation to how you give feedback. - Identify and challenge barriers and myths. - Possess the knowledge and tools to give specific, constructive feedback in a variety of ways. - Improve the frequency, clarity, and quality of feedback in every direction.
Audience: For leaders, managers and collaborators to build a culture of feedback in to their practice.
