Reviewing progress

As a personal development measure, if you wish you can choose to keep a journal and record what the current issues are now in terms of wellbeing within your department, then record initiatives/activities/approaches you have undertaken. You could then reflect back every 6 months and record if and how the culture and habits have changed with initiatives you have put in place. If they haven’t changed, what have been the barriers? How can they be overcome? You may then wish to share this with your Mental Health Champion colleagues for discussion.
