Getting the Most Out of Your PDR

Description

About this course:

This course is for staff (reviewees) who want to get the most out of the PDR process.

Your PDR is an important part of your career planning process.

You need to consider what it is that you want to get out of the process and plan accordingly.

You need to be prepared to agree objectives that you want to achieve, as much as what your reviewer is asking for.

This course will provide an overview of how you, as a reviewee, can get involved in your PDR, from starting the process off, being proactive throughout to understanding how to develop your objectives, so that you go into PDR conversations prepared.

This workshop is about you preparing for your PDR conversation and not about the technical aspects of the e-PDR system.
