Developing A Success Orientated and Resilient Mindset
Description | Theme: Personal Effectiveness Category: Working within a team About this course: Negative or insecure thoughts lead to a feeling of insecurity which leads to more other insecure thoughts/feeling and we tell ourselves 'I am insecure'. Our thoughts are the language of the brain and are past focused but, we can change that by starting to change our thinking patterns which will change our biochemistry, our feelings, our mood/attitude, what we do and inevitably the results and outcomes in our life. When we really think about this its exciting as we realise when we change our thinking we change so much in our lives. On this masterclass you will be able to make the important decision not be addicted to negative feelings/thoughts, and unfortunately this addiction is borne out in research. When we let go of these negative thoughts we can then develop a resilient/success/growth mindset and we will learn how to do this. Our minds control everything but it doesn't come with an owners-manual this is the start of the creation of your owners-manual.
