We really want to be as accessible as possible to all our residents, so there are a number of ways you can contact us: 

SID

If you are a Current Student then please log an enquiry through SIDOnline or via the web or app version of iExeter. If you need support in doing this then please call the SID team who are able to log an enquiry on your behalf. Please refer to details on the SID webpage about their current turnaround times.

If you are a Prospective Student, have not yet registered as a student, or a parent/third party then you can email us via ExeterAO@exeter.ac.uk.

Term time: Monday to Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Vacation: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm 

Please note - lines are closed every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 4:00pm for staff training.

Please try to use the above options first, however you are still able to enquire in person via the SID Forum Desk on Streatham Campus or SID Info@St Luke's on St Luke's Campus.

SID Forum desk opening hours:

Term time: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Vacation: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

SID Info@StLuke's opening hours:

Term time & vacation: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Drop-In sessions - Term time only

If you would like to meet with a member of the Accommodation Office to discuss your accommodation or have any queries, then we are available Monday to Friday in the Forum between the following times: 

Freshers Week and Term one:  10:00am - 3:00pm 
Term two: 11:00am - 3:00pm (from Monday 14 February) 
Term three: 11:00am - 1:00pm 
 
Please go to the SID Forum Desk (Streatham campus) and ask to be added to the Accommodation queue. The SID advisor will book you in and ask you to wait in the Student Services Centre waiting area. As soon as an Accommodation Co-ordinator is available they will call you through.

Complaints procedure

We hope you will be happy with the service you receive from our staff. However, if you wish to make a complaint you should begin by contacting the Residence Manager through the relevant reception.
