Student Information Desk (SID)

As a current student living in our residences, many day-to-day queries about your room or maintenance issues can be handled by your Residence Reception Team. For other queries, please log an enquiry through SIDOnline or via the web or app version of iExeter. You can find help on how to do this, plus current expected response times on the SID webpage.

Contacting us via SIDOnline often means that your query is dealt with more quickly by the correct team. However, you can go in person to the SID Forum Desk on the Streatham Campus or SID Info@St Luke's point at the St Luke's Campus.

Please check the SID webpage for details about the team's current opening hours.

Term two: Monday to Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm

We are here to support our students and help them feel welcomed into the University community. We may not always be able to give you the information or outcome that you want, but we are always working to the best interests of the students guided by appropriate policies and legislation.

In return, we ask that you treat our staff with the kindness and respect that they deserve, so that they feel valued and safe in the work that they are doing.
