Service Management

The mission of this team is to support all IT services to ensure stability and availability to all staff and students working on campus or remotely. The department comprises of:

  • Customer Services, a one stop shop for all IT issues and service requests including the IT Helpdesk, AV teaching and conference room support, Desktop support and IT Operations
  • Service Performance, a team who manage, maintain and design core infrastructure, with the addition of responsibility for IT Service continuity
  • IT Security who monitor and plan our end to end security operations
