A geographic information system (GIS) is a system designed to allow researchers to capture, store, manipulate, analyse, manage, and present spatial or geographic data. This workshop will introduce attendees to the introductory principles of GIS and how to use Python ArcGIS for research purposes.

Prerequisites: Familiarity with Python or have attended Workshop 1

Attendance at this event is free of charge but booking is essential as space is limited. Book will be via My Career Zone and will open on 6th January.
