Tier 4 Pilot Scheme

The University of Exeter has been chosen to participate in the Tier 4 Pilot scheme from 2018.  A small number of UK Universities are participating in this scheme which provides Masters students the opportunity to benefit from a streamlined visa application process. Institutions have been invited to participate in the scheme by the Home Office, based on historically low visa refusal rates. For details see Tier 4 Pilot page.

Changing programme?

In most cases students changing programmes must apply for a new visa for before they can start their new programme. For details see Change your programme of study page.

Part time study on Tier 4

Changes to the Immigration Rules from 11 Jan 2018 allow students to study part time programmes on a Tier 4 visa.  More detail will be available in the next few months.
