Information
Industry professionals and academic researchers are invited to attend a one day sandpit on resilience in agri-food systems. The aim of the workshop will be to explore the ways in which research can help meet the challenges facing the agri-food industry.
During the event we will cover three key themes:
1. Crop resilience
2. Resilience within animal systems
3. Sustainable protein production through aquaculture
Participants will also explore cross-cutting themes of land management, supply chains, and technology. This will include genomics, microscopy techniques, proteomics and metabolomics, mathematical modelling.
