Travelling by bus
The UNI bus service connects both the Exeter campuses via the city centre, bus station and Exeter Central railway station. Additionally, the H bus service connects the St Luke's Campus with the city centre, bus station, and both Exeter Central and Exeter St David's railway stations.
From Monday to Saturday the UNI bus service connects Streatham Campus - Exeter Central railway station - City Centre - Bus Station - St Luke's Campus, every 20 minutes during term time. During the holiday period the UNI bus runs every 40 minutes.
Additionally, the 4, 4A and H bus service connects St Luke's Campus - Exeter City Centre - Bus Station - Exeter Central railway station - Exeter St David's railway station - Duryard area.
Between the hours of 1000 and 1600, Monday - Friday, members of staff can show their staff card on the Stagecoach UNI bus and receive free travel between campuses only.
From Wednesday to Saturday during term time, the NIGHT BUS service runs from 9pm to 4am between Streatham Campus and the City Centre.

Unirider
Students can benefit from a Unirider bus pass which entitles you to unlimited travel on all buses operated by Stagecoach in the Exeter area for reduced prices. The price of the academic year 2022-2023 Unirider is £276.

Unirider Gold
Students can benefit from a Unirider Gold bus pass which entitles the holder to unlimited travel on all buses operated by Stagecoach in the South West excluding Falcon between Taunton and Bristol. The price of the academic year 2022-2023 Unirider Gold is £646.

Unirider is now only available as a Stagecoach smartcard product via the Stagecoach Website.

These prices refer to the cost of tickets purchased directly on the bus.
Staff discount
All staff can benefit from a 1/3 off single, Dayrider and 7 day Megarider tickets usable on any route within the Exeter ticket zone seven days a week.
Simply show your staff ID badge when you purchase your bus ticket on any Stagecoach bus in the City.
The discount applies to single, Dayrider and 7 day Megarider tickets in the Exeter ticket zone.

University of Exeter employees can benefit from a 10% off the price of annual bus tickets in the Exeter, Exeter Plus and South West Megarider ticket zones . Payment is made via deductions from your salary each month, in 12 equal installments:

To apply for a Stagecoach Annual Bus Pass
1. Complete Annual bus pass application form (PD95);
2. Send your completed form to the Car Parking Office, South Cloisters, St Luke's Campus, or e-mail to carparking@exeter.ac.uk.
3. To maintain security, you will have to collect your pass from the parking office. If this is not possible please contact the parking office to make arrangements. Please allow 5 working days.

Employees may use the bus pass at any time as long as the majority of use is for travel to and from work.
Staff are eligible to obtain a Stagecoach annual travel pass unless your employment with the University will end, whether through retirement or the expiry of a fixed term contract, within 12 months of the start date of the Stagecoach Bus Pass.
